We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at eternal_light_uk@icloud.com. Returns should be sent to: 26 Upper Road, New Tredegar, NP24 6ED, UK. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products (including PDF downloads, printables, and digital journals) are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

EU Customers: If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
